"Today we had our new furnace installed and I could not have been more pleased with the two gentlemen -- on the way they conducted themselves in our home. They arrived when our sales specialist said they would. They explained what they needed to do for the installation, and spread protective cloths on the carpeting. Most of the pre-assembly work was done outside, and then brought in and final assembly was done. When the job was completed, they cleaned up so that you would not know they had even been in the house. Every question I had about the system was courteously answered. Our contact with your staff was one of easiest projects we have undertaken."
